CAMERA
After using a Nikon SLR camera for almost 20 years i started into digital photography in 2001 with the Nikon Coolpix 800 camera and a 8 MB memory card.
In 2003 i upgraded to the Canon A70 because i liked here colors, the movie function and, yes, some more pixels.
Still unsatisfied with consumer cameras i finally bought the Canon EOS 300 Digital Rebel in 2004 and after testing her in Good old EuroPe i did some fine photos at my next visit to Los Angeles in November 2005.
2007 was the first year i was using an ultrawide Tokina lens.

FILM
SanDisk's Compact-Flash cards are very reliable. I have a bunch of them, from 512 MB to 4 GB.

DIGITAL DARKROOM
Irfan Skiljan's IrfanView is an easy to use photo editing program. A little more contrast, resize, sharpen, save it!
In 2008 i bought Photoshop © Elements 6 and use it for everything else.

TECHNIQUE
I try to avoid leaninG buildinGs, that is the architectural way in photography, cars and PeoPle in my photos. The more images i do the more i like them and my best picture is not done yet.


MONITOR CALIBRATION
