More than 400 two- and three bedroom apartments between steel frames: The 2006 Millennium Tower with ATKINS as architecture consultant and interior designer, also in charge of structural, mechanical and electrical engineering and project management for this 285 meter building at Sheikh Zayed Road.

The elliptical Dubai Mall hotel The Address opened september 2009 at the junction of Doha Street and Burj Dubai Boulevard. Like the adjacent shopping mall, the building was designed by DP Architects of Singapore.
